Senior UX Designer - 5+ years of experience Arrow

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and product platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective and scalable design solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design from research and concept through delivery.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Define user journeys, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
  • Maintain design consistency across platforms and products.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in UX/UI design for web and digital products.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and design systems.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in agile delivery environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise or scalable digital platforms
